Returns and Refunds

This policy sets out when and how you can return goods purchased from Kayuda N.V..
1. Consumer right to cancel
If you buy as a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations / EU Consumer Rights Directive. The right does not apply to goods cut, sawn or finished to your specification.
2. Trade orders
Trade orders are governed by the written quote and order confirmation. Trade buyers do not benefit from the consumer cancellation right.
3. Bespoke or cut-to-order goods
Logs, sawn timber and decking cut to your specification are non-returnable except where faulty or not as described.
4. Faulty or mis-described goods
If goods are damaged on receipt, defective, or do not match the description, contact us within 7 days with photographs. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate and as required by law.
5. How to return
Do not return goods without prior written authorisation. Returned goods must be in original condition. We will confirm the return address and any agreed carrier.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.
