Shipping and Delivery

Lead times, delivery options and Incoterms for orders shipped from Kayuda N.V..
1. Delivery areas
We deliver across the United Kingdom and to most EU and EEA countries. Other destinations are available on request.
2. Lead times
Stock items typically dispatch within 5 working days. Cut-to-order timber and finished products are confirmed on the quote. Container shipments from origin take 6–10 weeks.
3. Incoterms (trade)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, trade shipments are quoted DAP (Delivered at Place). FOB, CIF, DDP and ex-works terms are available on request.
4. Kerbside and pallet delivery
UK pallet deliveries are kerbside only unless an off-load service is agreed. The customer is responsible for safe access and unloading equipment.
5. Damage or shortage on receipt
Inspect the consignment on delivery. Note any damage or shortage on the carrier's paperwork and email photographs to elmer@teak.center within 48 hours.
6. Title and risk
Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment in cleared funds.
