These Terms govern your use of teak.center and any purchase you make from Kayuda N.V. ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these Terms.
1. Use of the site
You may browse the site for lawful, personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
2. Orders and contracts
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case we refund any payment taken.
3. Pricing, VAT and currency
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Trade prices are quoted exclusive of VAT; VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate at checkout where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors before a contract is formed.
4. Specifications and tolerances
Teak is a natural material. Dimensions, grain, colour and figure are indicative and subject to commercial tolerances. Photographs are representative.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, images, marks and code) is owned by Kayuda N.V. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.
6. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from a contract is limited to the price paid under that contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
